Who I am
Gary Hodson Websites is the trading name of Gary Walton, 201F, 60 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3HS. Email me about your details at hello@garyhodsonwebsites.co.uk.
What I collect
If you use the form, I get your name, business name, email address and whatever you write under what you need. It reaches me in one email. The website keeps no copy.
If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that chat under its own privacy policy.
Why I use it
To reply to you and make your free homepage preview. The legal reason is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or taking steps towards a contract if you go ahead. I don't sell your details and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site and sends the form email. Google runs the inbox it lands in. Both can process data outside the UK under their standard data protection terms.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, I keep what I need to run the job and for tax records.
Cookies

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email the address above. If you're unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
